We are a centre offering Advanced Orthodontic treatment for children and adults. We have two Specialist Orthodontists and a G. P Dentist with a Diploma in Orthodontics who are very well experienced and offer comprehensive orthodontics using the latest techniques in Orthodontic treatment.

Orthodontic Services for Children and Adolescents

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends children are seen by the orthodontist at age seven. There is an ideal time to start treatment for each child with an orthodontic problem. This time is not necessarily based on age but on the stage of development of the child.

Certain problems like excessive or underdevelopment of jaws may require treatment at an early age-7 through 9 years old, and then a second stage of orthodontics after all their permanent teeth come in. Whatever age your child begins treatment we will ensure that they receive the best treatment that they might require.

Orthodontics for Adults

We treat many adults…. From those patients requiring only minor tooth movement to major surgical cases with dento facial deformities. Because adult jaws are no longer growing significantly, treatment is approached differently than with children.

Our Orthodontists carefully devises adult treatment plans after giving patients their different options based on their main concerns. Adult patients are definitely given a chance to become involved in their treatment plan after they are properly informed of their options. Adults are more conscious of braces, so we offer them invisible lingual braces and invisalign which are very popular with them.

A Breakthrough in Orthodontic Treatment and Comfort

Ordinary braces use "elastic bands" (technical name "ligatures") to secure an archwire into a slot in each bracket. This is called ligation. The bands can become stained or stretched—requiring your orthodontist to change them. They can also retain food particles, making it more difficult for you to keep your braces clean.

SmartClip™ braces are different. They don't use ligatures to hold the archwire…they are self-ligating. Instead of elastic bands, SmartClip™ braces use small metal clips to hold the archwire into the bracket. So you can forget about the problems associated with elastic bands.

We all would like more time for ourselves. With ordinary braces, part of the time spent at the orthodontist's office is taken up with the placement and removal of the ligatures. With SmartClip braces, the archwire stays in place without the need for ligatures so you can be in and out of the chair faster, and may even be able to return less often.

You may be surprised, but ligatures can slow down your overall treatment process. Ligatures rub against the archwire and hinder tooth movement. INVISALIGN-The invisible way to straighten teeth

Invisalign is a virtually invisible alternative treatment to regular braces, so you can smile during as well as after treatment. In fact, virtually no one will know you're wearing them unless you tell. By using a series of clear, removable aligners, Invisalign straightens your teeth right before your eyes. LINGUAL BRACES

Lingual braces are totally invisible as they are bonded behind their teeth. The latest advancements in lingual braces mean they are now very comfortable and works as efficiently as the normal braces. The " INCOGNITO " or the ' i Braces'(As it’s known in US ) is a revolutionary system that can treat the most complicated cases. The brackets and wires are custom made for each patient in Germany, using advanced CAD CAM technology, thus ensuring maximum efficiency and comfort. However minor corrections can be treated with other simple lingual braces.
